Every FaceShift™ RideSkin is backed by our 30-Day Warranty. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery and our support team will review the issue and work to make it right.
Photos of the product may be required to process warranty claims. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused after delivery is not covered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Because RideSkins are wearable face/head coverings, returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, contact our support team before sending anything back. Approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided by our team. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
